Comments, Critiques, Bugs, Questions about the Site
The jaffreyhistory.org site is being developed on Macintoshes (OS X v.10.4.11) using Dreamweaver CS3 v.9. The main browser that's been used to check appearance is Safari v.3.1 and to a lesser extent Firefox v.2.0.0.13.
The site was looked at in Explorer (unknown version) on a Windows machine. Type/font appearance was different and less acceptable. On some pages (the Cemeteries intoduction, for instance), the left sidebar was collapsed to just a sliver and did not function. In other pages on the site the sidebar was fine.
The site was checked on a Macintosh using Opera (v.9.26) and everything appeared to be fine except that all text was centered rather than left-justified except on the project homepage.
Obviously these quirks need to be addressed.
